Can I use my Wifi Router to receive Wifi signals and connections

I have a Wifi router , its a NETGEAR D500 it works good but can I use it to receive Wifi Connection rather to only give connections _???

and if I can then how??

You can set it up to act like a wireless repeater depending on what you connect it to, or as an extender with Ethernet. The manual will have all the info you need on how to set it up, or connect to the setup page for the router and look in the Help section.
