r9 270x a good choice?

I have an fx 6300 cpu, (6 cores, 3.6 GHz)
I'm looking to buy a GPU (150-180 euros)
1) Is the r9 270x from sapphire a good choice?
2)What is the best GPU at this price? any suggestions?
Oh, and i want to be able to run GTA V High or even Ultra at 1366*768 or 1920*1800.

here is a video of a fx 6300 and r9 280x @ 1920x1080 res . 280x should be able to handle those games you required resolutions easily ,and think of overclocking that cpu on a decent cooler

im sorry cant afford an r9 280x. i heard that the r9 270x can handle it at ultra. bye ahh and i said 150-180 euros
