I can't run most games even at the lowest quality without hardcore lagging but according to this website

There's no virus that I'm aware of and the games I want to play are single player so internet connection is not a problem.
I'm pretty new to this computer stuff so I don't understand much.
I'm pretty sure all the drivers are updated as well.
