The way they need to design the motherboard so it can hold the two processors and all the memory dimms makes it impossible for an ATX case like yours to be able to mount correctly. So either upgrade your case so it can accommodate a much larger motherboard or go for a single socket solution. So 2x LGA 1366 on regular ATX not possible

That motherboard I linked is probably your best, most cost effective bet. Some sellers have them even cheaper on eBay. As for cases, you'll have to do some research based on the dimensions of the board. It's possible that cases made for E-ATX or XL-ATX might fit but I'm not sure if that board is even any standard form factor. It originally shipped from HP directly so it's possible it was purely custom as well.

But I really would recommend just going for maybe a 5930k and regular atx motherboard. I think you will find the performance fairly close to what you where going at with the dual 1366 chips. You will be limited to 64 gigs of ram I think but its up to you.
