I ran a speed test and the results I got for wireless and wired were just about the same, both tests, I got ping: 64 download speed: 1.25mbps and upload speed: 0.25mbps. When I play xbox or games on my laptop, the ping goes up a lot and causes games to lag online and be unplayable. Also, when I try downloading things, it takes forever, it usually says it is only going 150-200 kbps on the site I am downloading, which takes all day to download a game. Is there any way I can fix this, thank you to anyone who is able to help!
