Yes u can switch cases. If your motherboard is an atx board, then any atx case will fit it. same thing goes for itx boards, mini atx..

case brands such as corsair, nzxt, antec, bitfenix.. will 99% of the time be compatible with whatever harddware you have.

IF YOUR PC is a pre-built one from a shop, such as a DELL or HP then its likely that it wont fit due to its size and screw hole locations.

Should be able to. I'd guess the motherboard in that is either atx or matx. Just buy a case that fits both of those and you'll be fine. Pay attention to where the case cables go to(PW-power switch, RS-reset switch, etc.). You'll see.
