Hey guys i was wondering if the ms 7869 acer motherboard i have on my atc-605-ub11 fits in other cases. I want to switch cases for more room for better cooling and the opportunity to upgrade later, I currently have a gtx 750 ti. http://www.easeagent.com/item/38984828179

Yes u can switch cases. If your motherboard is an atx board, then any atx case will fit it. same thing goes for itx boards, mini atx..
case brands such as corsair, nzxt, antec, bitfenix.. will 99% of the time be compatible with whatever harddware you have.
IF YOUR PC is a pre-built one from a shop, such as a DELL or HP then its likely that it wont fit due to its size and screw hole locations.

It says your motherboard is Micro-ATX. Therefore, any case that labels itself as Micro-ATX or ATX will be able to house this motherboard.
