New graphic card budget 250 €

Hey guys i really need help, well my graphic card is kinda old ASUS EAh6950 1GB, so I need a new graphic to play all games with max resolution and 60 fps, games like Dying Light, GTA 5.
My specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320 (8 cores)
Motheboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R 2.0

My budget is 250 euros.

How about Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC 3 GB ? Is a good choise or is worst than 280x?

I would rather buy MSI GeForce GTX960 Gaming 4GB GDDR5 (PCI-E) or r9 280x I will think about those 2. Thanks for the help <3

If you are going for either of those, get the R9 280x. It offers better performance over the GTX 960.

Thanks is a good diference, but in graph is GTX 960 (2GB) I was talking about the 4GB. r9 280x still beats the GTX 960 4 gb?

The 280x is still faster then the 960 4gb. The 4gb doesn't make it faster just makes it better for vram hungry games, so you don't run in to stuttering.

The GTX 960 can't even use all of 4 GB. It would be better if you ran it in SLI, but even then, it still isn't worth it.
