Just as the title says.
I am looking for a mechanical keyboard to buy and saw the blackwidow. The blackwidow had multiple editions but these editions were varying from 30 to 60 bucks. But aren't these all the same keyboards? Because I don't see the point to buy 50 bucks more for sometihng that has a more slim look.

-Less cheap

PS
Suggetions for other mechanical keyboards are also usefull.

The difference between the 2 links you have posted is just that one is LED backlit, the other is not.

Regular Blackwidow has the super clicky Razer Green switches (usually compared to CherryMX Blue), Blackwidow Stealth has the quieter Razer Orange Switches. (Usually compared to CherryMX Browns)
http://www.engadget.com/products/razer/blackwidow/ultimate-stealth/ - "The Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth is the quieter edition of Razer's popular mechanical keyboard; however, softening the sound has left the typing experience a little stiffer." - its quieter.
