I just upgraded the ram and HDD on my gateway LT41P05u netbook and was going to change it to the 64bit version of windows 8. but no matter how i made the usb drive, it would not see it as bootable. Just for the hell of it, i tried loading the 32 bit version and it loads into the installer right away. why is this and is there anyway around it. Wanting to change because when i did the ram, the 32bit version said only 2.89GB was usable.
