Honestly the Seidon 120 would perform the best but if it's not too expensive the Corsair H100i will top these due to a dual rad.
There are other decent dual rad coolers btw it's just the h100i has always swept me off my feet with it's looks!

depends which country you are in and if your case can take more than a 120mm
but for me closed loop cooler?

you only have to get your hands on a swiftech to tell straight away its far better quality--and their customer support is legendary

for 80ish? i would save the extra to get the swiftech
quality components --i got support on saturday nights and sunday nights from bryan when i had a pump issue--even support from the ceo of the company
they let me dismantle my pump without voiding the warranty
it cools better--is quieter--can be topped up--can be expanded--quality pump
looks fantastic
honestly if i was offered 2 corsair or similar closed loops or 1 swiftech i would take the swiftech every time
and if your psu has an 8 pin then it should have a 6 pin--or a 6+2 pin
