So I have reduced the problem to being a hardware problem so far. Testing old rivers and reinstating the drivers has not helped. It did get me past the boot by unplugging and replugging the card (which has led me to believe that there is a hardware problem with it).

So the problems first manifested as
"Display Driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 350.(something, I had the same error with different drivers too) stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

I had a few of these then crash with BCC116 now it will not boot with the card. So I am using the inbuilt graphics card with no dedicated memory.
As expected the crashes happened when straining the graphics card however I have put the card through much worse and had no crashes.
The first blue screen crash happened in a cs game, (not that straining) and the second one after I had gotten the computer too boot using the graphics card by just taking it out and putting it in happened while watching a youtube video.
Something that might be related is that I installed a new windows on the computer after fully wiping the disks but it had been running for a while (month or so) fine while I was pressuring it more then when it crashed.
I can provide the mini dump files if you want on your preferred file sharing website. But if I remember correctly it was three error and they were all related to direct x or video card stuff.

So what do you guys think? Maybe I should oven the card or something, I have no warranty on it ;(. Thanks in advance!

Yeah I have done that a few times now(maybe 4-5) , with different drivers, right now I am running it disabled.
I will try new BIOS drivers, thanks!
What do you think I should do physically to the graphics card, because that's the only time I saw a difference and it allowed me to run it for a short time and all I did was take it out and put it in...

Also switched the slot for the GC, no anvil this time. Unlike last time when I was able to run the card for 1-3h after taking it out and putting it in, this time nothing. Still will not boot off the card.

So I checked the video card in another computer and there it will boot.
So I uninstalled the card
ran display driver remover
installed a older card
uninstalled that card
ran display driver remover
and re installed the new card

This time it let me boot into the 670! However after a few seconds the screen went blue and forced me to restart, and I am in the same situation as before.
