is a 400 watt power supply enough for a Zotac GTX 960

I want to upgrade my gpu to the Zotac GTX 960,So i wondering if my Power Supply can handle it.
this is my current system
CPU:i3 4130
Mobo:ASRock H81 VG4 R2.0
GPU:Zotac GTX 750(currently,but i planning to get the zotac gtx960)
HDD:Seagate SATA 1TB
Ram:2x 4GB DDR3
PSU:FSP HEXA+ 400W 80plus

I personally would upgrade the PSU to an XFX TS550w PSU.

The current PSU might do it but I just wouldn't take the risk.

Yes it can run the GTX 960.

No problem, I was just worried that you'd push the efficiency and it would go kaboom. Blackbird knows his stuff though so I'd take it from him over me
