I need whatever its called(forgot name) to let meread this harddrive like it was a usb. The last time i picked one up it nearly fried one of the other ones i have(probably the power supply was to much) so if anyone has suggestions for these two please let me know.

You connect the hard drive to the header and slide it into the case as shown in the middle picture down on Amazon, then use the included screws and tiny screwdriver to attach it. Then you use the included cord to plug it into two USB ports on your system. Strictly speaking you can just attach the header and plug it in. That's how I usually use it.
