can you please suggest the best build for designing a good powerful machine to carry out graphic design,video editing and gaming probably....and this is the fist time i am going to build by myself so any suggestions for starting are most welcomed ......

i am in india... i dont think pcpartpicker services are available here..
but will see your suggestions and try on indian sites

yes i use photoshop,i will be doing my vfx course in near future so will work on maya and stuff like that.....
well we have amazon,hardware.in,flipkart,snapdeal,etc
but even if you help by giving component information will dooo..
and thank you very much for your help...

ok thanks looks good to me ..
what diference in performance will i get if i go for a i7 processor..
is the difference significant.

It can be significant, more in some cases than other. Apart from the slight clock speed increase, the I7 has hyperthreading, so it has two threads to one core, giving it significantly more computing power. In things like editing and rendering it can prove very good, but most games at this moment in time do not use it ( although it is starting to show up )
