Can I run Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 graphics card work with Intel Core 2 Duo

I want to buy Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 graphics card as it is in my budget but my processor is Intel Core 2 Duo. I have all the minimum requirement for it but can it run on Intel Core 2 Duo, so I have a doubt about it. If it can't then which graphics card can I use. Please help.

You don't need to take the CPU into consideration, just make sure the motherboard has a compatible expansion slot (preferably PCI Express 3.0 for a GTX 750, but it'll work in a PCI Express 2.0 slot too).
