Recently my download speed was 400kb/s, and i upgraded to 1mb/s (really slow, i know)
But since the upgrade, every time i download something (let it be BitTorrent, or in chrome), it won't let me access web pages in chrome nor any other browser. Here is the error message i get: http://i.imgur.com/fnjRinx.jpg but the download keeps on going...
Or, if I try to reload the page rapidly, one of the LEDs on my router/modem turns red: http://i.imgur.com/I29re83.jpg and i lose my internet connection completely, and i have to restart the router...
Any help would be appreciated, since this is very frustrating
