I'm thinking about buying a laptop but I can't decide
between 1920x1080 and 1366x768 display.

I don't have big budgets. ; I like to watch movies a lot.
that's why I need to know the answers to these following questions.

1.If I watch a 1080p movie on 1366x768 WLED Brightview, will the differences be noticeable? compared to 720p movie.

2.how's the experience of watching 1080p movie with Full-HD screen compared to 1366x768 screen? (same environment, same cpu, same gpu, same screen type(I mean matte or glossy))
is it that different? or just nah just doing okay, not that different.

Ps.1: I did search on Google, but I don't quite understand since the answers I found did not answer directly to my questions.

Ps.2 : I'd like to go with 1366 x 768 if possible but if I were to go with 1920 x 1080 that means more expensive and less performance on gaming (Budget is limited)

Extra question!!!

If I'm going to play Dota 2 with this specs
Intel Core i7-5500U (2.40 GHz 4M Cache, up to 2.90 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce 840M 2GB
Ram 8GB DDR3

How many fps do I get? on Medium setting on 1920x1080 resolution
(I ask this in case I buy a Full-HD monitor in the future (low budget right now but might buy a monitor in the future))

Solution
For movies, the higher the res, the better the video will look. But if you put a 1080p on a 720p display, you won't be able to tell that it is full hd as the screen is not that res. For gaming, I would recommend a lower res screen as this will improve the frame rates.

However as the game is easily played on the laptop that you have suggested on full hd, I would get the more expensive screen. The fps should be 60 as the gt 840m is more than capable of playing this game at med as I have gt 650m which can do this.
