How many Programs should I have running in the Back round while using Prime95?

How many Programs should I have running in the Back round while using Prime95?
Should I keep my Firewall, other tools like stress-testing, Realtemp, sorry, I'll need that and HWMonitor, Intel-Burn-In. I hope you understand my question.

Their abosutly no reason to have any running, except temp monitoring program, do a custom blend 100% of the CPU, about 80% of the memory.
If this is a new build I also run MSI Kombuster to stress the video card at the same time.

Most people say the use Prime overnight, even longer.

I would use MSI Kombuster but I not that interested with stressing my card.
This sounds like such a NOOB question but hell, but could somebody go into some more details when it comes to the different tests.
