I am currently using windows 7 32 bit, but I want to upgrade it to 64 bit
but I can't, because when I install in a hard drive the setup says it can't install
because hard drive will fail. So how do I force the install???

help me if you can

Thanks!

Look for a utility from the drive vendor, some have utilities that will attempt to scan the drive and clear the errors. Keep in mind this won't actually fix anything, but it will remove the bad areas on the platters from being seen. Also keep in mind that if your drive is failing, running a utility like this may make it worse and even make it un-usable, so you would want to have a backup of your files before you start.

Your only real solution is to replace the drive.
