Nope.

Everything will be fine.

XFX PSUs are some of the best, even in the 80+ Bronze.

The core i5-4460 is just marginally slower than the 4690, not perceptible for gaming proposes.

The motherboard you had have a Z87 chipset, which is for OC and the i5-4690 you had can't be OCed. The H97 chipset supports the upcoming Broadwell CPU and the Z87 don't.

RAM... meh

The Sandisk Ultra II SSD performs very fast in general.

The GTX 970 is much more faster than the GTX 960.
