I start the laptop and te error thats in the title comes up. pulled the drive and used a sata to usb connector and it wont do anything. In the drive management is says its unallocated so i put in inside another machine on the motherboard as a secondary drive and it says the same thing. Any suggestions as to why i can't access it. I think the laptop was dropped by one of my customers and he brought it to me for a data recovery and now I can't access it.
