Computer flipped 180degree and starts to lag

I kicked my PC accidentally, which flipped over 180degree then everything started to lag.
Delay in almost everything, mouse sensitivity, freezes plus unfreezes randomly

I also realize things hasnt been smooth when playing DotA2 anymore..

what could have been damaged when my pc flipped 180degree?

Likely your CPU cooler got dislodged when the PC fell and its lagging due to thermal throtteling (CPU overheating).

Open up the case and check the CPU cooler. If dislodged you will have to clean the thermal paste, Apply pea size dot in center of CPU and let cooler spread it when remounting it.
