I'll make it short and to the point. I tried to enable intel virtu technology and set it to i-mode I think it was called. (There were 3 options, "disabled", "i-mode", and "d-mode".) It was disabled before. I saved BIOS settings and rebooted and I got only a black screen. I tried multiple times to reboot and I reset the CMOS to see if that would do anything. It just gives me a black screen. No post, no nothing. I'm using a MSI z77 mPower. The post code LED on the mobo itself shows "b2" when its at the black screen. Currently, I'm using BIOS #2 so that I can write this and use my computer for now. How do I reset BIOS #1 so that it's functional again?

No, if I try and boot using bios 1 then I only get a black screen on my monitor and nothing else. Currently, I'm trying to follow MSI's directions http:// to recover the bios. Does anyone know if I can use an exFAT formatted USB instead of a FAT32 USB as it states?

A little update. So I tried flashing it and as you said it didn't work. If I were to get another bios chip from MSI how would I get it on to the actual board. Also, I just realized that switching to the second bios made windows think that I switched motherboards which in my case, because I bought the OEM version of windows, means that I need to reactivate windows in 3 days. Is there any way to bypass this?
