Computer brands good for computer programming

I would like to know which computer brands are good for programming and occasional 3D animation. I definitely don't want Dell. Also, I am looking for a Windows PC (no Mac; not in my budget). Can someone tell between Asus, HP, Lenovo, Acer and Toshiba please.
Minimum specifications: Intel core i7, 8/16GB RAM, 2/4GB NVidia graphics, 15.6" screen, backlit keyboard with numeric keypad

Living in Dubai
shopping at jumbo electronics, sharaf dg, Emax, plugins, e city any of these stores
these stores will have almost same products although jumbo may have a larger collection of products

At Jumbo I found one possibility, the Asus G751JT ROG Gaming Laptop featuring a Core i7-4720 CPU, 16GB ram, NVidia GTX 970M 3GB graphics, 1080p IPS display, 128 GB SSD. The only drawback, the 128GB SSD, I don't see more storage (although there are ways to work around that)

Another option that seems to be popular is to import a laptop from a boutique builder such as XoticPC which will open a very broad choice of laptops.
