Hi Guys, Firstly Don't ask why or try to talk me out of it. This is purely about personal preference.

Ok so here goes, I have found a server motherboard and have done all the calculations and all is good. My question is there are 32 dimm slots and I have given myself 2 choices. Use dual dimm RAM waterblocks eg. (EK Monarch X2) or use single slot blocks eg. Alphacool NexXoS RXP-1 RAM Cooler.

Using the first option would result in being able to see the dyed fluid which would look awesome and would yield a total of 32 tubes + 8 for the CPU's on the motherboard which if done correctly could look really cool.

The second option yields double the amount of tubes stated above 64 + 8 and the only benefit I can see is extra credit for being able to get that many tubes in such a small space.

What do you guys think would look better?

1 or 2

Thanks, RAIDKING

You won't see that easily. Usually I'd try to get something to match eg mobo or GPU highlights. Even if you have to hand paint them. Blue and Yellow liquid provides good contrast.

But all this is a personal thing. Not everyone agrees on what looks good.

Have a look at photos of rigs on the web to get a good idea. Good luck.
