Will my OC'ed i5-2500K bottleneck a GTX 970?

I'm thinking of upgrading my current GTX 590 to a 970, specifically the EVGA GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0x. Will my i5-2500k, which I overclocked to 4.5 Ghz, hold back the performance of the new 970?

I've read similar posts claiming that such an upgrade is perfectly good and there will be no bottleneck. Based on my own simple monitoring while playing games like Company of Heroes 2 and Pillars of Eternity I noticed my GPU's (the current 590) max utilization was always at 99% while CPU's only hovered around 70-80%, which does seem to indicate that the 2500k was hardly being taxed to the limit and therefore unlikely to cause bottlenecks on the newer generation cards.

I just wish to confirm this is indeed the case before I make the investment. Please see the link below for my complete system build for reference:

Your CPU is indeed capable enough to not bottleneck the GTX 970, it has got a good amount of juice left. And with the OC in place, there shouldn't be any major bottlenecks. Go ahead with the upgrade.
