Pre owned games question.

Hey guys.
I know there are many post about this question but I cant still find any help.
My question is that I am going to buy a GTA V Pre owned copy for xbox one from Walmart (USA) and I just wanted to know that:
1) Is it safe to buy from Walmart in this case?
2) Will I be able to play GTA Online without any online pass kinda thing (of course with XBL Gold). I mean that like any other new game will I be able to quickly launch multiplayer feature without any hassle?
3) Does above condition apply to EVERY OTHER USED GAME? (mainly COD games)

1) Yes it's safe.
2) As long as you have XBL Gold you'll be fine online.
3) Yes it does apply to other used games.

If you can afford the extra few dollars/pounds go for a new version. You can guarantee it'll have no scratches on the disk and you're helping the developer out by buying new. The dev's get the profit from a new game, if you buy pre-owned the store gets 100% of the cash. Just something to think about.

Thanks dude. And as far as buying new is concerned, I don't really have a problem in spending some extra buck if it's good for the gaming world. Will buy new one. Thanks Again.
