Need help finding solution why I have to unplug power cord from back of tower, then press start button wait for green light to come on, then plug cord back into back of computer. works great once this is done. This started after an electrical storm don't know if this has anything to do with starting problem. Any help greatly appreciated.

That ^ is a Refurb unit, I would spend another 10-20 and get a new one. EVGA is a good brand, but unless you know what you are going, going for a returned or refurbished part could be trouble.

You should also list the system specs, name, brand, etc... so we know what power supply you may need. If you have an OEM system it may have a custom power supply shape.

I think they may just be part of the description if you look lower the warranty is:
Warranty
Limited Warranty period (parts): 90 days
Limited Warranty period (labor): 90 days

Maybe it is 3 years, but does not look that way. Refurbished items always have some additional info you need to read about the warranty period and what is included with them. Not all parts shown in the main description page may be included.

Like they said, it might be your Power supply. But there's also a chance that it fried one or more of your other components. Cheaper or lower end power supplies usually do this, especially Logisis. Their cheap power supplies work nicely, but if you don't have a surge protector, they hold voltage and zap your other components. I've had it happen to me on a 4100 build I made for a server, and the hard drive, disk drive, and power supply were cooked. I'd take out your power supply and try to see if there's a smell coming from the power supply.
Good luck!
