So, I just turned my pc over a week of nut using it. Last week I installed several programs that would change my pc, but it didn't work, instead it somehow messed up my registry key saying; build 9xxx and something else, I decided to turn it off. I then decided to turn it on again and play some games via steam, boy was I wrong. I clicked on steam, and this messaged popped up; "Windows Security, Files cannot be open due to internet settings" . I tried opening Malwarebytes, same message popped up, tried running command prompt, didn't work, I tried running Regedit, and so on. I basically can't open anything besides chrome. Right now my screen is filled with CinemaPlus 3.2 ads, I'm really sorry I can't provide screenshots since I can't too open paint. Basically I can't run any .exes, I tried going to internet options in control panel, and then security, I don't have any other options in " Select a zone to view or change securities". I'm guessing this is one really REALLY bad virus. It will be helpful if you guys can help me. And of course, the specs.
