Can't Map Network Drives

I can't map Network Drives or access the server using \\server\foldername

I can access the server via Remote Desktop no problem.

All other 40 computer on the network can map drives.

Only 1 having an issue.

This is the error I get:

"server" exists but Windows can't find "foldername"

I need help!!!

What OS the server is running? What OS the client is running?
What error do you get?
Are you using same credentials?
Can you ping the server by name?
Can you access it by \\ip.addr.of.server\sharename?

Server - Windows 2012
Client - Windows 7
Same Credentials

I can ping the server by name

Can you access it by \\ip.addr.of.server\sharename? NO I can not access

Can you access just the server by \\ip.addr.of.server or \\servername ?
What error are you getting?
From "Command prompt", what you see on "net view \\servername"?

the network path was not found
