Internet Access Denied by Virus

If you are pretty sure that it is a virus issue, download on another machine and make a CD or USB key to boot from the free Rescue Disk 10 to clean it completely. You may then need to do a repair install to fix the damage caused.
It is wireless. Our other devices are working.
According to the troubled computer's network and sharing center the connection looks good. But when I pull up any web browser (chrome, mozilla, explorer), it pulls up this website: trovi.com. But the website won't pull up and gives me a "this page can't be displayed" prompt.

Definitely, back it up. You may need to either restore or do a repair installation as detailed at
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html, which would leave your data and programs intact and simply reinstall your Windows install.
