Well, the 270X is the fastest of those 4, but if you can find one, the R9 280 is faster and about the same price.

If it's between the 270 and GTX 750, the 270 is better, in that price-range. The 750Ti should be avoided, unless you have a small case or a cheap PSU.

If you can afford a little more, the GTX 960 should blow them all away, and run quieter and cooler than the AMD cards.
