ASUS R7 250 at 1050 MHz
GA-F2A88X-D3H motherboard Gigabyte
Western Digital 640GB Hard Drive, 7200RPM
Kingston SSDNow V300 SSD 120GB
Thermal Master no-brand 500 watt power supply
NZXT 921 RB case - blue
Cooler Master 120mm blue fan

Other:
AMD catalyst
ASUS tuning utility for the R7 250
all drivers, display drivers, processor drivers, and iGPU drivers installed

INCLUDES
HP w2007 monitor, minor-major streaks in screen, major tearing
Dell 1680x1050 monitor, perfect condition
3 power cables
1 VGA, partially busted, still works
razer deathstalker keyboard, Non-Pro version

What can I get for all of this, should I buy windows 7 or 8 to go with this?

Please, give me 2 different prices for the parts and labour, from the monitors, keyboards, and cables.

Thanks so much!

Thats all well and good, but unless I am mistaken your stuff is used. When buying a used computer from someone the labor of building it is implied in the cost. And used parts unless they are in demand, aren't worth nearly what they were new.

Your stuff isn't worth more because you gave it a stable overclock. And your PC isn't some sort of high end or special build.

$500 tops

I would say doesn't matter, based on newegg's prices you can get the home edition for $99 of either 7 or 8.1. There have been some sales lately. so I feel like charging someone $150 for the software and install is reasonable.

why would you suddenly be worried about buying legit Win7 or Win8? did you have pirated OS before?

also, value would be parts cost at 60% to 75%. no labour - almost anyone today can just screw together a PC and download drivers with a mouse-click. you're not providing any unique value.
