My Inspiron will not load I ran diagnostic and came up with error code 2000-0123. It was working fine last time I used it. Turned off the computer 15 min later tried to turn it back on and it went to a blue screen and would not go any further. Please can someone tell me if I can fix this or do I need a new hard drive? It is a Dell with Windows 7 Inspiron HELP PLEASE

My name is Shrikanth and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. 0123 is an indication of memory failure. Try cleaning the memory slots, swap each memory on each slots to identify which slot or module is giving error. Also check with a different working memory module and see if you are getting the same error by running diagnostics.
