Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my RAM. Very recently I bought new PC, and everything works perfect except my memory. I've got 2x Patriot 4GB PC3-12800 memory sticks planted to my MSI A88XM-E35 motherboard. I even tried switching sticks one with another multiple times, even switching them with different ones (2x4 kingston; mixed 6gb) but it still shows exacly 3.94 usable memory on my 'System'. I looked into CPU-Z and it said that it's single channeled, and mem-test says that everything is great. My dxdiag shows full 8GB of memory, but available OS memory is 4038MB, but on 'Resource monitor' I get 4155 out of 8192 MB that is under 'Hardware reserved'.

If I need to post anything more I will be happy to. I am not really good with PC components so it's really hard for me to figure out what's really wrong with my RAM. I was searching for many solutions, and I even found several but none of them helped.
I tried checking and unchecking box in 'msconfig', switching Win8.1 64-bit that I had to Win7 Ultimate 64-bit, switching RAM sticks..
My BIOS is (and was from the beginning) up to date, so are all of my drivers (I checked them multiple times).

I tried unchecking and checking the max. memory box multiple times and still nothing.

In the BIOS i cannot find "memory remapping" option ( there is none ).
