How to make RAM run at 1866 when you the highest speed you can select in bios is 1720?

I bought 16gb dual-channel memory (G.skill sniper), it's supposed to run at 1866 and my motherboard (asrock 990fx extreme3) is supposed to be able to handle that speed. So how can i make it run at 1866? i know it's an extremely small difference but i want to get the most of my investment, i wanna get exactly what i paid for. I am patiently waiting for your answers. Thanks in advance!

i want to inform you that i can go higher than 1720 but the next number is 2100 or something like that, and it doesn't really help me, because going with 2100 gets me some nasty beeps at boot. so i need a way to make it to run at precisely 1866

Are you running the latest BIOS firmware on it? And are you running the settings manually or auto?

i installed the latest bios firmware and i was able to set the ram speed to 1866. Thank you for your prompt and helpful answer!
