Best graphics card around $200?

Solution
R9 280 for about $170 to $180 range
R9 285 exactly in the $200 range (updated forgot about this card)
R9 290 for about $240 ish (R9 280x is around the same price, but the 290 is much better)

If you want Nvidia then you can get the GTX 960
GTX 960 is for about $200ish for the 2GB and $230ish for the 4GB.

But the 280 offers similar performance for cheaper, the 285 outperforms it for the same price and the 290 outperforms the 4gb model (performs about the same as the 970). But the GTX 960 is more energy efficient.

Out of the three; R9 280, R9 285 and GTX 960, R9 285 is best choice, 960 is good and better than 280 but it is closer to 285. Compare the prices the R9s are cheaper, sorry but the gtx 960 pricing is silly, even the r9 280x is close to its price and that is a more powerful card than that. Best get the r9 285 cheaper than 960 and performs just as well if not better, at least your not getting caught in being ripped off mate. :)

Honestly nvidia have their fans so far up their rear they can rip them off. Fantastic ain't it Pretty much reminds me of Apple.
