I think so.

The card here: ( http://www.proshop.dk/Grafikkort/MSI-GeForce-GTX-970-GAMING-4GB-GDDR5-2457705.html?utm_source=kelkoo&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=pricesite ) has a PCIe 3.0 x16 Bus

The board here: ( http://www.game-debate.com/motherboard/index.php?mot_id=1410 ) has a 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 Bus

As stated in this thread ( http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1919653/pcie-graphics-card-work-slot.html ) a PCIe 3.0 card will fit a PCIe 2.0 board without any noticable performance issues. They are both x16 although that generally doesn't matter with PCIe.

So yes, as far as I'm aware, The MSI GTX 970 Gaming card will fit the Acer Predator G3620 motherboard.

The only other thing to consider is power. You said you have a 500W Power...

The only other thing to consider is power. You said you have a 500W Power Supply; the Graphics card in question draws around 145W and your PSu should support it, just run through everything to make sure you you don't go over around 450+ and it should all be fine. I wish you luck.
