I was toying with my card and long story short now it barely works. I would only need a copy of this video BIOS and all my problems would be fixed. XFX support doesn't have the BIOS, Techpowerup doesn't have the BIOS, hell I've been looking everywhere and I don't think anyone does. I would assume anyone with a working copy of this card has it, so if you have one then simply save a backup copy and send it to me. Other than that, if any of you can think of a solution feel free to recommend anything. My gpu doesn't have a BIOS switch btw.

This is their response:
Hi we have no way of knowing when another card might be coming in, it entirely depends on us issuing an RMA for another person's R7-265A-CNJ4 card, and the card has to be able to bootup in order for us to pull the BIOS off. This particular card doesn't seem to be a model that gets RMA'd to us often at all, so it may be another few days or even a week or more, we have no way of knowing when we might have a way to find the factory stock BIOS for your card.

I was planning on buying a new one next week, but I don't want the thing to go to waste is all.

I did some digging. AMD and XFX do not appear to have the BIOS listed for download.

But I found 2 versions stored at the link below.

http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/index.php?architecture=ATI&manufacturer=&model=R7+265&interface=&memType=&memSize=

I do not know how to use those files, and will leave that up to you to figure out, if you choose to try to install that BIOS.

That is the bios that I installed onto it and made the thing a dud. But I didn't try both of them with the new PSU I just bought, so I will see if that helps. Other than that, I guess I could just go with i7's advice. Thanks for the help.
