What is the absolute BEST card I can get for $150???

I just scrapped together $160 and I need a new card considering my current is a gt 610 :kaola:

I want somthing that I can run Bf4 at high/Ultra. I can possibly go a BIT higher but Id like to keep it below $150

G3220, 4gb ramm... I will upgrade other stuff when I get more money. I know I shouldnt expect to run bf4 but I can hope...
