What performance should I expect with a GeForce GTX 960 4GB in games like CS Go and Dota 2?

I like to play games like dota 2, cs go, lol, hearthstone, tf2, skyrim and similar games.
I am not really into more demanding games like Battlefield or crysis. I am currently building a computer with these specs:

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Kingston Fury White Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card

I am planning on swapping the 960 with something better when I have enough money.

My question is what performance (fps) would I expect when playing these games at 1080p

Have you bought the card yet? If not, don't. The 4GB edition is just marketing scam, it will bring little to no performance increase over the 2GB edition (we're talking 2-3% and only above 1080p) at a much higher price. Either save yourself some money and get the GTX 960 2GB or get the R9 280X, the better card for the same price point.

Your build will max out CS:GO at well over 100FPS. I manage 70FPS at 1080p, max settings, and I have a processor from 2008 and a low end graphics card. As for DOTA 2, you'll max that out too. In fact, that build should max out quite a few games (even newer ones) at 1080p.
