I have a NAS (ZyXel NSA210 if it'd matter) where the fan started to sound really bad, so I want to replace it. The new 40mm fan I bought came with a much bigger connector (standard) than the original.
Both fans wires are color-coded, however the order is different (Left, Center, Right).
Original (small connector): L-black C-yellow R-red
New fan (big connector): L-black C-red R-yellow
Just to be clear, I want to put the SMALL connector to the new fan. Maybe the order is different because the connectors are different, I just don't know what's right. Help me not to fry this thing
