So I fucked up really bad. Yesterday I installed Ubuntu on my pc for testing etc, but like an idiot I formatted my pendrive to be usable with my Wii U . Now , when I boot my pc it just loads GRUB Rescue . I tried using the set boot , set prefix , insmod normal technique but it just says unknown filesystem with all of them . Now my problem is ; I only got one PC , the one that's fucked up , no Windows 7 DVD or Ubuntu installation CD/bootable pen drive , and only got a Wii U and a Phone ( Galaxy S3 mini if that changes anything ) . And I can't even boot in System Restore because my dumb cousin deleted the restore partition . What do I do i'm stuck and I really need help !

So I went to a friend that has a PC , and installed Ubuntu and came back home , and now i get this "syslinux 6.03 EDD 2014-10-06 Copyright (C) 1994-2014 H. PETER Anvin et al" but it just WON'T boot up Ubuntu !! What do I do am I really stuck??
