NVIDIA GTX 750TI - REAL FPS DROPS (15FPS all games)

Hello everyone!

I build my own gaming pc and got a GTX750TI as GPU
So i have this GPU for 7 Months now and when i bought it new so in the beginning
it was running good but after a time like 4-5 Months my GPU started lagging on games really bad
From 60 to 15FPS, So i play with it like 3-4 Hours and then FPS drops on every game that i own on my pc like From 60 to 15 FPS? but when i delete and reinstall the Driver it goes back to 60FPS
or if i just Shut down my pc and restart it then my FPS goes back to normal?
I first thought there was anything wrong with my drivers and i was thinking of Downgrading some drivers, but i know thats not good, So that would not be the solution.
Now i am afraid that my GPU is broken or something is wrong with it.
Please help me out, Here are my specs:

M5A97 EVO R.2.0 MotherBoard
4GB RIPJAWS DDR3 1333MHZ RAM+4GB SAMSUNG HP DDR3 1333MHZ RAM = TOTAL 8GB
NVIDIA GTX 750 TI 2GB GDDR5 GPU
AMD FX 8350 - 4GHZ 8Core CPU
Cooler Master B600 PSU
Enermax Liqmax II 120S CPU LIQUID COOLER

CPU Usage and temps are normal, Now i am looking to the GPU usage and temps. Like i said fps drops happens sometimes like 3 on the 10 times.
Now its not happening, but when it will, i will post anything back.

Right now:

Playing on Warthunder for 15MIN
MIN 22 MAX 57 GPU TEMP
GPU USAGE INGAME 98 or 99% , On desktop 0 or 5
FP USAGE MAX 50 MIN 0
