Please help me decide what graphics card to get

My computer is really old, I just want to play cs:go, battlefield 3 on stable 30+fps and to do that I need a new graphics card. What graphics card can I get without bottlenecking anything, I have no option except to get a new graphics card so please don't hate on the computer because I already know its old and slow:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+
RAM: 5gb DDR2
Motherboard: Nettle2, chipset NVIDIA MCP61
Power supply: Coolermaster OEM S series 450w 80+ silver

with your PSU I don't think you can do any better than Nvidia GTX 960 which will be supported by your PSU

Here's a card you could afford:

EVGA GeForce GTX 750 1GB Superclocked

And if you are dead set on AMD then this:

Asus Radeon R7 260X 2GB

$125 - AMD's Radeon R7 260X and several models include $20 rebates.

The closest cards are $30 more or $40 less.

Don't go AMD. AMD cards are notoriously wattage hungry and with your PSU, you won't be able to get anything but the lwest of low-end crap of AMD.

For his budget, he has no choice. He said his budget is < $110.

Looking at Newegg, the GTX 960 cards are in the $200 range after rebates. The GTX 960 also requires an 8 pin connector.

Meanwhile, the R7 260X is $125 and some have $20 rebates, and it only needs a 6 pin connector.

I still think the AMD card would be a better card for you for the money, but its out-of-stock, and its $9 above your limit.

Yeah the ASUS is overclocked ootb. You also get ASUS quality.

Not only is the Asus card overclocked, but it has high speed GDDR5 memory instead of DDR3, so the memory is much faster.

If I had to make a choice between the 2 cards, I would choose Asus.
