My system is :

Core 2 quad q9300
Ati radeon HD6670
4 gb 1333 MHz ram

I am playing games like GTA 5 and new games like that on 1366x768. My PC supports it with only minor lag. Now my question is : Should I upgrade my ram now to 6 gb or should I wait a little while and save up to buy a MSI R7 260X 2GB DDR5 128 BIT graphics card.I'm on a budget so I can't buy very expensive stuff.thanks for any help and responses

Go for GPU and also a RAM (They are cheap.. ;p)
with a 4 gig ram there would be minor stuttering......
As for GPU you can go for GTX750.... or Even a GT740 (if you are in a budget)
I think you should buy a GT740 and the another 4GB of RAM with the money you saved.....

GTA V is well Optimised it even runs on my GT730(1gb DDR5) with 38-45fps on 720p with normal settings......

Depends on the ram. If you want brand name like g-skill, its more than likely used, but I've also seen new adata, Kingston, Samsung, hynix for cheap. With ram capabilities of 8Gb to 128Gb on modern motherboards and Windows x64 OS, 4Gb kits have been lost in the shuffle, a large supply, and little demand, so it's going cheap.
