Z97x-SLI First build boot loop after 2 weeks of use- Exhausted all options known

I've read the tutorial on this site for troubleshooting this, and nothing has worked. I can't even get to the boot menu, I'm getting all fans except rear case fan turning on and everything looking normal for 3-4 seconds, then it stops. restarts again, and this time i get a mouse pointer and flashing "_" in middle of screen, and also my rear case fan working, but then it dies again, and this loops into infinity. I've fully reassembled my computer and tried all RAM fixes. I suspect it is the motherboard at fault, due to the rear case fan not functioning.

If you bought it from newegg or some other big seller you usually get at least a 30 day return window, if not you should be able to return it to the manufacturer if you were the original owner.

as a side note, i dont see how gpu tweak would cause this problem since its just a software OC that doesn't take effect until you log in and run the software. PSU would be my first suspect, if you have an old one laying around try it.

Checked my build with an it guy, it looks like motherboard failure. I've had it working fine for 2 weeks but I guess there was an imperfection. Thanks to everyone who helped. As a side note, do you think the provider will replace my mobo? It definitely wasn't me who broke it, we made sure of that.
