Asus GTX760 DCII OC 2Gb Strange power-performance loss

Im experiencing some problems with my GPU. Yesterday it was all fine running BF4 at stable frame rates at 1080p now i have strange drops in performance, more then noticable FPS drops. CPU is not working 100% so no bottleneck

System: AMD FX-8350
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Seagate Baracuda 1Tb
Patriot Pyro 120Gb (OS)
2x4Gb Kingston HyperX Fury 1866MHz

Download MSI Afterburner and monitor GPU/CPU usage, temps and clocks. You'll find out what happens when drops occurs.

i have all of that and everything seems normall. Even tried to change PCI-e slot it's the same.

So, does GPU usage drops with the fps? Becouse we can roll the card out and focus on the CPU. It dosnt have to be at 100% to bottleneck a GPU.

Judging from the image i think it does. however this is only in BF4, didnt notice it in other games, and yea, i noticed that my CPU is running 90-100GHz. I'll try and do OC again. Will get back with result.

I don't see CPU and GPU temperatures here, better use software like HWinfo + RTSS. Lets you control temperatures, clocks and everything else in realtime on your screen while gaming, or write it to a log file for later analysis.
