Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2603 v3 (15M Cache, 1.60 GHz) is this cpu overclockable

Solution
As server/enterprise chips, Xeons have been locked since Sandy Bridge. So, unlike unlocked i5s or i7s, you cannot change the processor's multiplier. I know that there are ways to marginally increase speed by using the FSB, but Xeons are not intended to be overclocked. Also, just in case you weren't aware, Xeons use the 2011 socket, which it not the socket used by most consumer motherboards.

that's too bad because there was that 6-core 1.6 GHz cpu for ~$200
