Hi again, I'll get straight to my fear. While playing CoD Advanced Warfare. HWinfo OSD shows the CPU package spiking for a few seconds to 64c. It happens I between loading the next chapters. I know the CPU package/Cores shouldn't go to or above 62c. Am I still doing damage in those 10 ~15 seconds to the CPU or is that OK?!

CPUs have a pretty high temp threshold, generally around 95-100 degrees C before you should be concerned about damage occurring. If your computer ever shuts down due to thermal overload, that's when you should look at alternative cooling solutions. Generally, anything below 80 C under 100% load, while not ideal, is no cause for panic either.
